The color means the color of the lettering.

Size in this case will be height because it is the longest side.

Remember that unless a decal is white, it will not do well in the sun because while colors can be immune to fading, adhesive will shrink and expand, wearing away the integrity of the edge. When the edge is white, it is less likely to shrink/expand because the majority of heat will be reflected so it stays at a more constant temperature relative to the surface it is applied to.
